What’s the minimum lenght of stay?

Bookings are week-based from Saturday to Saturday, but in low and mid season we accept also 2/3 day stays. Contact us for special requests.

Are animals allowed into the properties?

Animals are welcome in all of our houses, upon payment of respective fee. It is mandatory to specify the presence of any animals at booking stage. Some accommodations only admit small size animals, therefore you are kindly asked to check the details of each property for applicable rules.

Are the holiday homes available throughout the whole year?

Yes, our accommodations are available throughout the whole year. Contact us to receive a quotation for your holiday during low season.

Is it possible to add additional beds?

Many of our homes allow to add one or two more beds, but you should check the home rules of each accommodation for specific conditions. Please contact us for further information.

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is to be effected between 4.00 p.m. and 8 p.m. In case of arrival before or after this time slot, you are required to promptly inform us in due time before your arrival.

Check-out is to be effected within and not later than 10 a.m.

Is there anybody that can assist me with problems in my accommodation?

Yes, our staff and Baiazzurra’s are at your complete availability to make your stay pleasant and fix any problems in your home, or answer your questions.

We guarantee assistance and prompt on-call maintances, compatible with working hours of the  technicians specifically required. You just need to call our staff and inform them about the issue.

What happens if I damage something in the house during my stay?

In this case, you should inform our staff about the damage. The amount required to fix the damage might be deducted from the deposit of Euro 100,00 that you left at the check-in.

Are utilities such as water, electricity and final cleaning included in the rental price?

Utilities and compulsory final cleaning fees are not included in the rental price and should be paid for on-site. Furthermore, tourist tax is also to be paid for on-site, as provided for by municipal law.

Are the houses equipped with everything you need to cook?

All accommodations are equipped with complete kitchen, cooker, dishes, pots and pans.

How do I reach my home from the airport?

You can rent a car directly at the airport at one of the many car rental agencies there, or you can book a transfer with us. Please contact us for further information.
